A unique celebration of gastronomy, flavors, and aromas awaits visitors at the “Mountain & Forest Gastronomy Festival”, which will take place on October 19–20 in Elatohori, organized by the Deputy Mayor’s Office of Tourism of the Municipality of Katerini.

The Identity of the Festival

Held under the auspices of the Greek National Tourism Organization (GNTO), the festival highlights the rich gastronomic heritage of Katerini. Through live cooking demonstrations led by renowned chefs, visitors will discover local products and culinary traditions.

The program also features:
Master Chef Kids sessions with specialized educators and chefs,Hands-on outdoor experiences such as guided hiking routes, Organized barbecues and culinary techniques presented by experts, Traditional music and cultural performances, a grand live concert at the festival grounds. Together, these events create a vibrant and immersive experience that blends gastronomy with entertainment, offering both locals and visitors an unforgettable weekend in the heart of nature.
